Well known for its precision engineering and advanced manufacturing methods, the company follows rigorous quality control practices to guarantee that its aluminium solutions comply with global standards. Al Summan Metals takes pride in supplying Aluminium 3003 Forgings that deliver remarkable corrosion resistance, moderate strength, and outstanding formability, making them ideal for a broad spectrum of industrial and structural applications. Serving industries such as construction, transportation, and chemical processing, the company combines technological expertise with dependability, establishing itself as a trustworthy partner for clients seeking durable, high-performance aluminium components.
Aluminium 3003 Forgings are primarily composed of aluminium, along with roughly 1.2% manganese and small quantities of copper, iron, and silicon, which enhance their corrosion resistance, strength, and workability. This alloy demonstrates mechanical properties including a tensile strength of about 130–180 MPa, yield strength of around 55–85 MPa, and elongation rates ranging from 20–35%, depending on the temper. It also provides excellent formability, reasonable fatigue resistance, and remarkable durability, making it well-suited for applications that require lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and dependable aluminium components.

Aluminum 3003 provides excellent corrosion resistance, good formability, light weight, and a high strength-to-weight ratio, making it ideal for custom forgings in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and construction.
Aluminum 3003 is not well-suited for high-temperature forging applications because of its low strength at elevated temperatures. It works better for applications that call for good formability at moderate temperatures.
Aluminum 3003 offers good workability, which makes it easy to forge. Its excellent formability enables smooth shaping, but it demands careful temperature control to prevent material damage during forging.
These Aluminium 3003 Forgings are used across a wide range of applications, such as roofing, siding, gutters, chemical equipment, automotive panels, and storage tanks, owing to their excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength. They are additionally employed in marine structures, heat exchangers, and architectural projects. The alloy’s combination of durability, lightweight properties, and ease of fabrication makes it an ideal option for industries that demand long-lasting, versatile, and high-performance aluminium components able to withstand harsh environmental conditions.
