Titanium Grade 3 consists mainly of titanium (≥99.2%), together with small quantities of iron (≤0.30%), oxygen (≤0.35%), carbon (≤0.08%), nitrogen (≤0.05%), and hydrogen (≤0.015%). It offers outstanding resistance to corrosion and moderate strength among the commercially pure titanium grades. In terms of mechanical characteristics, it has a tensile strength of roughly 450 MPa, a yield strength of approximately 380 MPa, an elongation of 25%, and a density of 4.51 g/cm³. Because of its good formability, weldability, and biocompatibility, it makes an excellent option for demanding engineering and medical uses.
